It is with heartfelt condolences that we remember "Miss Walmsley". Kathryn gave her heart and soul to the many children she taught in our community of Elizabeth Metis Settlement. I am sure they each have special memories and treasure the care and compassion she shared with them individually. Special teachers leave marks on your heart for life. Thank you for all of that. What an amazing soul and kind heart! I have fond memories of elementary and junior high school, where our French Immersion class grew together - not only learning languages and classroom courses, but also learning about life! Kathryn is forefront in my mind for her beautiful smile, and positive outlook on life. It is no surprise that she touched the lives of so many friends and family members and students. Compassion like Kathryn’s is a gift - and she openly shared that with others. I am thankful to have had her influence in my life, and for the past memories of our time together. My heart, my condolences, and my prayers go out to all who mourn her loss and celebrate her life and legacy. ❤️

Kathryn was such a special part of our family.. A special aunt to nieces and nephews and sister to Tom and CoraLee. As I always told Kathryn, if I could have picked my daughter in law, I would have picked her. She was so loved by us all. She truly was a wonderful soul and will be missed by many Donna
