Leonard Desjarlais, a loving husband, father, grandfather “papa”, great grandfather, brother and uncle passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 80 years.
Leonard will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 57 years: Mary Ann Desjarlais of Bonnyville, AB; children: Roland (Patty) Desjarlais of Ituna, SK, Paulette (Ernie) Priddell of Bonnyville, AB, Robert Desjarlais (Andrea) of Regina, SK, Raymond (Kathy) Desjarlais of Regina, SK; grandchildren: Trisha (Ian), Michael (Cheryl), Amanda, Shane, Mackenzie, Dariyon, Dacie, Kelsey, Lyndsey; great grandchildren: Camryn “Bubbas”, Brooklynn, Liam, Carter, Maia, Chevy; siblings: Maurice, Helen, Ida, Denise (Brian), Donna (Bob); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Leonard was predeceased by his parents: Mary & Albert Desjarlais; siblings: Wilbert, Alvin, Georgina, Francis, Theresa, infant sister Lorraine.
