It is with saddened hearts that the family of Norval Arthur Babb announce his passing on Monday, November 30, 2020 at the age of 95 years. Norval’s kindness, joy and infectious smile will be forever remembered by his loving family and all those who knew him.
Norval is lovingly survived by his special friend: Elsie Hallwachs; children: Judith-Ann (Emile) Lessard, Brian (Rita) Babb. Sheila (Andre) Viel, Tracey Pike (Gordon); grandchildren: Kevin (Chelsea), Alan (Chrissy), Lee (Brittany), Jason (Ashley), Geoffrey (Shawna), Derek (Hanna), Craig (Kaitlin), Carissa (Jon), Solange, Selene; thirteen great grandchildren; siblings: Mable Papirny, Fay Palsat, Julia (Doug) Johnson; as well as numerous other relatives & friends. Norval was predeceased by his wife: Lois Babb, nee Olszowka; great granddaughter: Claire Aline Babb; parents: Victor & Mary Babb; siblings: Viola “Toots” Shilmer, Fred Babb, Albert Babb, Jim Babb, Jeanette Palsat; in-laws: Ted, Jenny, Charlie & Joe Olszowka.
A Private Service will be held at the Lessard Community Cemetery.
