AXELL, Connie J. October 3, 1938 ~ November 8, 2020 Connie was born on October 3, 1938 to Clyde & Anna Miller, she passed away peacefully after seeing all her children on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Connie is lovingly survived by her children: Lorne (Rose Mary) Axell of Lamont, Gayle (George) Hunter of Vilna, Joan Kischook of Ryley; adopted children: Amy (Peter) Hampton of High River, Iben Lewinsky of Denmark, Ronald (Theresa) Smith of Summerland; grandchildren: Kathy (Gary), Cheryl (Micheal), Casey (Madeline), Velvet (Turan), Savala (Rob), Cherie (Keldon); great grandchildren: Jesiah, Chayse, Emerald, Simi, Charlee-Rose; siblings: Betty Purcell, Shirley (Len) Ogilvie, Verda (Herman) Isfjord, Fred (Vicki) Miller, Delores Sklone; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Connie was predeceased by her husband: Albert Axell, October 7, 2020; infant daughter: Marie Axell; adopted son: Barry Agnew; parents: Clyde & Anna Miller; four siblings; as well as other relatives. Connie was determined that anyone could do anything they put their mind too, she loved to dance, listen to music, write poetry and paint. Her door was always open and the coffee was always on. Those who knew Connie knew what a wonderful and caring individual she was. Service of Remembrance, Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lessard Community Hall.
