It is with profound sadness that the family of Xiuhtecuhtli Kuauhtzin Santin Kehewin “Blue Fire” announces his passing on October 30, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 14 years.
Blue Fire is survived by his loving parents: Ambie & Kirpal Kehewin Santin; siblings: Chance Kehewin, Ketzalli Kehewin Santin, Ocelotzin Santin Kehewin, Iztlixochitl Santin Kehewin;
Maternal kokom: Julia Kehewin; paternal abuelita: Lorena Martinez Ramirez; paternal Abuelo: Mario Santin.
Xiuhtecuhtli was predeceased by his maternal mosom: George Kehewin.
Wake, Monday, November 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kehewin Recreational Centre, Kehewin, Alberta. Funeral Mass, Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Recreational Centre, Kehewin, Alberta with Kevin Amahoose officiating. Pallbearers:Marcellus Bergsma, Charles Cardinal, Garret Cardinal, Mario Santin, Mictlan Escalante, Kimowan Weaselhead Kehewin. Final Resting place, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin, Alberta.
