Obituary of Albert Edward Axell

AXELL, Albert E. December 29, 1936 – October 07, 2020 Albert was born on December 29, 1936 to Gus & Jesse Axell, he passed away peacefully after seeing all his children on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Albert is lovingly survived by his wife of sixty three years: Connie Axell; children: Lorne (Rose Mary) Axell of Lamont, Gayle (George) Hunter of Vilna, Joan Kischook of Ryley; adopted children: Amy (Peter) Hampton of High River, Iben Lewinsky of Denmark, Ronald (Theresa) Smith of Summerland; grandchildren: Kathy (Gary), Cheryl (Micheal), Casey (Madeline), Velvet (Turan), Savala (Rob), Cherie; great grandchildren: Jesiah, Chayse, Emerald, Simi, Charlee-Rose; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Albert was predeceased by his infant daughter: Marie Axell; adopted son: Barry Agnew; parents: Jesse & Gustaf Axell; seven siblings; as well as other relatives. The family always considered Albert being born too late, as he was stubborn, clung to horses, old machinery and had very old fashioned ways. His love for horses was lifelong just like the love for his family. Those who knew Albert knew a real cowboy.
