On Monday, September 15, 2014 Mr. Louis Lawrence Martial of English Bay, Cold Lake First Nations passed away in Cold Lake at the age of 70 years. Larry will be lovingly remembered by his sons; Corey Murray and Anthony Martial, his grandchildren; Qara Martial, Diandrea Janvier, Justice Janvier, Kingston Martial, Brodie Billett, Kera Janvier and Julian Martial, siblings; Harry Martial, Elise Charland, Albertine Minoose, Vivian Martial ,Bernice Martial and George Noel, mother of his boys; Niela Murray and numerous relatives and friends. Larry was predeceased by his granddaughter: Journey Janvier, parents: Joseph and Marie Martial, brothers: Armand and Paul Martial, sisters: Sara Nest, Mary Janvier, Laura, Valerie and Emma Martial. A wake was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 16 and 17, 2015 at the Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake First Nations with Father Thomas Dieu Nguyen as the celebrant. Interment followed at the Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery.
