On Monday, September 29, 2025, Wayne Masson Sr. of Bonnyville passed away unexpectedly at the age of 73 years.
Wayne will be lovingly remembered by his spouse: Maureen Johansson; 4 children: Wayne (Wenonah), Masson Jr., Billy (Sherry) Masson, Roxanne Masson (Chris), Dakota Masson; 14 grandchildren: Travis, Terence, Caleb, Aquella, Tristan, Kelsea, Rebecca, Jaden, Daniel, Paige, Maddison, Maya, Nevada, Blakeley; 3 great grandchildren: Emma, Paisley, Theodore; 4 siblings: Sharon (Robert) Billing, Donald (Katrina) Masson, Linda Doerksen, Lynda Lang; best friends: Terry Cawthra, Rudy Plante; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends.
Wayne was predeceased by his parents: Audrey & Bernard Masson; brother-in-law: David Doerksen; ex-wife: Debbie Masson; friend: Gary Neff.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Wayne will take place at a later date.
