Rocky Glenn Martowski

August 20, 1961 - June 28, 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of Rocky Martowski of Cold Lake, Alberta, announces his unexpected passing on June 28, 2025 at the age of 63.

Preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie, Rocky is survived by his two sons, Ryley and Reece (partner Sara); by his father, Frank; by his sister, Barb; by his brother, Shelby (wife Jina, nephews, Josh and Mathew), along with numerous relatives.

Fondly remembered for his generous spirit, humour and friendliness, Rocky grew up in (Grand Centre) Cold Lake, a place he truly loved. As with any small town Canadian boy, his summers were spent playing baseball, camping and fishing, while winters gave way to hockey and of course, ice fishing.

Rocky was never happier than when he was on the lake fishing, a passion that he shared with his sons. Those will be the happy memories that Ryley and Reece will carry with them always.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
