On Friday, June 13, 2025, Lionel Paul unexpectedly passed at the age of 34 years.
Lionel will be forever remembered by his parents: Velma Waskahat and Sîsîp Paul; siblings: Derek Paul, Cody Waskahat, Rocky Waskahat, Sherry “Pebbles” Waskahat, Shannon “Wapoos” Paul, Celine Agecoutay, and Mark Agecoutay.
Lionel was predeceased by his siblings: Romeo Waskahat, Cameron Paul-Waskahat, Schinae Badger; maternal grandmother: Theresa Waskahat; paternal grandparents: Johnny Paul and Mary Badger.
Wake Thursday and Friday, June 19 and 20, 2025 at the Kehewin Community Centre. (Leaving Northern Lights, Bonnyville at 11:30)
Funeral Service Saturday, June 21, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Community Centre with Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin. Pallbearers; Derek Paul, Byron Paul, Aaron Young Chief, Mark Agecoutay, Johnny Paul and Owen John.
