KOTOWICH, IRIS

January 28, 1958 ~ May 1, 2025

It is with profound sadness that the family of Iris Kotowich announce her passing on Thursday, May 1, 2025 with her husband by her side after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 67 years.

Iris will be forever remembered and loved by her husband of 49 years: Dave Hewak; sisters: Medora (Mike) Krill, Kathy (Fern) Dubrule; sisters & brothers-in-law: Helen (Bill) Ostashek, Tony (Louise) Hewak, Terry (Tracy) Hewak, Judy Mickalyk; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other extended relatives.  

Iris was predeceased by her parents: Fred & Sophie Kotowich; mother & father-in-law: Mary & Mike Hewak.

Visitation, Monday, May 5, 2025 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Northern Lights Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville.

Funeral service, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., St. Elias Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bonnyville with interment to follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Beaver River Hill.
