BADGER, Hieron

October 13, 2001 – April 8, 2025

On Tuesday, April 8, 2025 Hieron Frez Badger of Kehewin passed away in St. Paul at the age of 23 years.

Hieron leaves his young family of 5. Spouse: Lanaya John and his 4 sons: Angelo, D’Andre, Kyza, and Lamelo Badger. Hieron will also be dearly missed by his mother: Cecile Dion, his 5 siblings: Blair Jr., Laesen, Zowie, Chez, and Brayden Badger, his god-daughter: Azrael Charles, and his paternal grandparents: Richard (Joanne) Badger and Darlene Collins, and numerous relatives and friends.

Hieron’s journey to the creator will reunite him with his father: Blair Badger, and his maternal grandparents: Ernestine Dion and Jerry John.

2 day Wake, Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15 and 16, 2025 Kehewin Community Centre, Kehewin Cree Nation.

 Funeral Service, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Kehewin Community Centre, Kehewin Cree Nation with interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin Cree Nation.
