On Wednesday, March 19, 2025 Scott Cardinal of Saddle Lake Cree Nation passed away unexpectedly in St. Paul, Alberta at the age of 44 years.
Scott is lovingly survived by his mother: Bernice Cardinal; 4 siblings: Louanne Wahsatnow, Malcolm Cardinal, Sherry Cardinal, Kerry Cardinal (John), Burke Cardinal (Beatrice); adopted daughter: Dinessah Sparklingeyes; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Scott was predeceased by his father: Elmer Cardinal; maternal grandparents: Moses & Celestine Cardinal; paternal grandparents: Frederick & Eliza Cardinal; nephew: Tristan Whitstone.
Wake, Thursday & Friday, March 28 & 28, 2024, Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake Cree Nation (leaving St. Brides Store at 1:00 p.m.).
Funeral Service, Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Ayiwaykes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake Cree Nation.
