PELECH, Katherine

December 15, 1929 ~ February 9, 2025

It is with love and gratitude for a life long lived, that the family of Katherine (Kate) Pelech, nee Yaroshuck, born December 15, 1929, announce her passing on February 09, 2025, peacefully in her sleep.

She leaves to mourn her passing: her children,  MaryAnn Pelech, Bill (Louise) Pelech, Pat (Doug) Ferguson, Violet (Ed) Wakaruk & Audrey (Rob) Campbell, 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, one sister-in-law Mary Yaroshuck.

She was predeceased by her husband of 50+ years, Bill Pelech in 1998, parents Tekla & Prochor Yaroshuck, sisters, Tilly Yaroshuck & Elsie Znak, brothers Alex Yaroshuck and Nick Yarochuck and sister-in-law Ruth Yarochuck, as well as numerous Pelech brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Mass of Christian Burial , Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 11:00 am (eulogy starting at 10:45) with a luncheon to follow at the St. Louis Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers please donate to the Palliative Care Program at the Bonnyville Health Centre.
