Thomas will be lovingly remembered by his wife: Silver Chowace of Fishing Lake, AB, sons: Thomas Rieken Jr. & Holger Rieken, daughters Joanne Chowace of Fishing Lake, AB and Chelsea Chowace of Valley View, AB, his grandson: Markus Chowace of Fishing Lake, AB, mother: Treasure (Stanley) Saunders of Fishing Lake, AB, father: Holger (Angela) Jensen of Fort McMurray, AB, father: Mike Rieken of Alabama, USA, brother: Karsten Jensen of Edmonton, AB, sister: Sonia Jensen of Edmonton, AB, as well as his extended family members: Elizabeth, Matthew, Luke, Lyle (Candice) Bianic His grandparents: Carsten & Lilo Jensen of Legal, AB, grandmother: Lina Hilsabeck of Calgary, AB. Thomas was predeceased by his grandfather: Robert Rogers grandfather: James Hilsabeck, Step Father: Wayne Roe, Godfather: Frank Quadfoss Pallbearers were; Carl Matalski, Dale Gagné, Darrell Deschamps, Joey Matalski, Billy Wilson and Timothy Gagné. A Wake was held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church Basement, Fishing Lake, Alberta. A Funeral Service was held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church Basement, Fishing Lake, Alberta with Father Ambrose Umeohanna as the celebrant. Interment took place at the Fishing Lake Community Cemetery, Fishing Lake, Alberta
