On Tuesday, April 5, 2016 Mrs. Hazel Marie Jacko of Cold Lake First Nations passed away at the age of 86 years. Hazel will be lovingly remembered by her children; Albertine Finney, Stella Jacko (Terry), Clifford Jacko, Anita (Dale) Warriner, Grace Piche, Cathy (Dale) Jacko, Virginia (Burton) Bruneau, Barbara (Gaeton) Jennings and Madeline “Vicky” Jacko, 40, grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Hazel was predeceased by her husband; Gregory Jacko, daughter; Patricia Metchewais and her siblings; Catherine Nest, Maggie Minoose, Francis Loth and Solomon Loth.
Wake held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre. Mass of Christian Burial held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Parish with Father Thomas Dieu Nguyen as the celebrant. Interment at Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery.
