On Tuesday, February 2, 2016 Mr. Joseph Robert McEwen of Cold Lake passed away at the age of 89 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Carol-Anne (Dave) Schoettle of Cold Lake, grandchildren; Carly McEwen (Justin) of Edmonton, Ashley McEwen of Edmonton and Elliott McEwen of Edmonton, great grandson, Jack Julseth of Edmonton and daughter in law Elaine McEwen of Edmonton and Sister Norma Leblanc of Arizona. Bob was predeceased by his wife Iona Lillian McEwen, his son Robert McEwen and his sister, Vera Stevenson.
Prayer vigil on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at Assumption Roman Catholic Church with Father Jacob Peter Alvares as celebrant. Interment followed at Our Lady of Assumption Cemetery, Cold Lake.
